1863 - February 16, Adolphe Bournique born to parents Joseph and Malina Bournique in Baccarat, France.  Joseph worked at the prestigious glass firm COMPAGNIE des CRISTALLERIES de BACCARAT.

1874 - May 15, Bournique family immigrates to America.

1874-1876 - Joseph Bournique employed by New England Glass Co., East Cambridge, MA.

1876-1878 - Joseph Bournique employed by Boston & Sandwich Glass Company. Adolphe begins his apprenticeship there at the age of 16.

1878-1880 - Meriden Flint Glass Company, Meriden, Connecticut

1881-1882 - Artistic Glass Works, Brooklyn, NY

1883 - Henry Art Glass Works, New Rochelle, NY

1884 to 1886 - Reading Artistic Glass Works, Reading, PA

1886 - Union Flint Glass Works, Martins Ferry, OH

1887 - Labelle Glass Co., Bridgeport, WV.  Adolphe replaced plant manager Harry Northwood.

1889 - Standard Glass Works, Wellsburg, WV

1896 - Marietta Glass Works, Redkey, IN

1900 - Century Glass Co., Bellaire, OH

1901 to 1903 - Chicago Flint & Lime Glass, Chesterton, IN

1904 to 1907 - Kokomo Opalescent Glass, Kokomo, IN

1907 - Bournique Glass Co. founded.

1913 - July 23, 1913, Adolphe died at work.

1926 - Katherine Bournique sells her interest to James A. Wells and Bournique Glass Co. is renamed Wells Glass Company.
